Please remember to reference this number on the OUTSIDE of the package before shipping to us. We are unable to process returns without that information, and the package may be returned to you. We do not provide pre-paid return labels (the customer is responsible for covering the cost of the return shipping, unless the return is due to a quality issue, and then Nordic will cover the return shipping).
