Please read through our step-by-step instructions below for a brief overview of Rescheduling or Skipping the next subscription shipment.
1. Login to your Account.
2. Click the "Manage Subscriptions" button at the top of the page.
3. Locate the correct product you wish to cancel and click "Manage Subscription" underneath that product.
4. From here, you can click on "Reschedule" to change the upcoming shipping date or click "Skip" to skip the next shipment.
5. If you wish to reschedule, you can choose from the following options. Select an option, then click "Save" changes.
6. If you wish to skip the shipment altogether, confirm by clicking "Yes, skip from this order."
